 70kg Column Palletizer

The single column palletizer is mainly used in the palletizing and material handling processes of production lines in various industries. Its main structure consists of a vertical lifting shaft and three horizontal rotating shafts; The column lifting axis and three rotating axes form a cylindrical spatial coordinate system, which can create a larger cubic space within a smaller arm span and is suitable for palletizing and narrow space material handling.

The base and robot arms are made of castings, with stable structure and good rigidity; The column is made of welded steel, with a sturdy structure and easy customization of different heights according to the customer's on-site installation and work space. The rotating shaft is driven by precision RV reducer and servo motor, with fast speed and high precision; The column lifting shaft adopts precision gear rack and linear guide rail, with high precision and good structural rigidity.
